To make working computer hardware affordable and easy to keep running — by repairing what can be repaired, upgrading what is worth upgrading, and renting when buying makes no sense.
About the company
M/S Harshit IT Solution is a computer sales and service business. We supply laptops, desktops, printers and accessories, repair and upgrade existing machines, rent out hardware for short and long terms, and sell tested refurbished systems.
Most of our work comes from people who were quoted a replacement when a repair would have done, or who needed twenty working machines by Monday. Both problems are solved the same way: look at the hardware properly, say what it needs, and deliver on the date promised.

Our approach
Diagnose before quoting. Quote before working. Explain the trade-off between repair, upgrade, refurbished and new, and let the customer decide with the real numbers in front of them.

The same sequence whether it is one laptop or a fifty-unit rental order.
You tell us the problem or the requirement
By phone, WhatsApp, the enquiry form or in person. For bulk orders we ask about quantity, configuration and dates.
We inspect and quote
Hardware is tested before any price is given. The quote lists parts and labour separately, with an expected turnaround time.
You approve, then we work
Nothing is replaced or reinstalled without your go-ahead. If a second fault appears mid-job, we call before continuing.
Handover and support
The machine is returned tested and set up. Warranty terms on parts and service are given in writing on the bill.

For teams that need their computers looked after rather than fixed one at a time.

Matched laptops, desktops and printers supplied in quantity with consistent configurations and GST billing.
Annual maintenance
AMC covering periodic servicing, priority repair slots and replacement units during downtime.
