What “refurbished” means here
Our refurbished stock is mostly business-grade hardware that has come off corporate fleets at the end of a lease. These machines were built for daily office use and tend to survive it better than consumer models.
Before anything is offered for sale it is stripped, cleaned, tested and reinstalled. If a battery is weak or a panel has marks, we say so — it goes on the label and into the price.

Our refurbishing checks
Every unit goes through the same sequence before it is priced.
Intake and strip-down
The unit is opened, cleaned internally and inspected for physical damage.
Component testing
Storage health, battery health, RAM, ports, display, keyboard and thermals are all tested.
Replace what fails
Failed parts — usually storage, battery or keyboard — are replaced, not hidden.
Clean installation
A fresh operating system goes on, with drivers and updates applied.
Grading and pricing
Cosmetic condition is graded and written on the label, and the price reflects it.
